Wow i didnt there was that many black owned restaurant here in BK. I feel sick. But whenever i go out with a broad ill be checking out these joints. I only frequented at Haitian and Jamaican restaurants in Flatbush and Queens that is it. Imma check em out. No excuses.

Kombit is Haitian restaurant. There's another good one in Canarsie called Khloes's.

My aunt told me thats why she doesnt eat at Golden Crust because it's owned by whites. Didn't know this. Noted.

you remember the street? it could of been a non black own spot but with a lot of black people. the smoke joint is half black owned but it could of been one of many of the BBQ sports in BK like morgan's, dinosaur etc

Unfortunately I don't remember the street but I remember one of the sauces being named after the restaurant and they served fried grits the food was amazing.

Great list! I been to a few of these spots. The rasta pasta at footprints ain't no joke. I got to try some of the bars on the list.
