They're numerous black restaurants in the BX breh if you put Caribbean and African spots into the mix ..Not one of em in my borough

Don't confuse black owned, with "being run by blacks" or "black themed" or a restaurant that employs mostly blacks. It's not the same.
I used to think Fishermans Cove in flatbush was Black Owned but its not.
Na I know , but I frequented alot of these restaurants since I was a child with my moms and she personally knows some of the owners ... but yeah some of these stores do be a front tho
Trinidad Golden Palace on Nostrand...trini style Chinese food...
Go there on a Saturday afternoon. Order Half a Fried Chicken and an order of Chicken or Shrimp Fried Rice.
Also a few Currants Rolls for when you wake up from the food coma later that evening.
