And black people rocked these?

How about starting a black franchise fukk Starbucks. Best coffee coming from Africa anway... It's all in the marketing with them like McDonald's. Black people have already shown a proficiently to influence popular culture. Nikkaz could spark a coffee wave.Somebody should still jump on this, ain't no Starbucks in black communities down here in Atlanta

The crazy thing is that, in my opinion Dunkin Donuts has much better coffee.I thought coffee was magic the way people talked about it while I was growing up. My grandparents would drink it and so would my aunt. People constantly talking about how you shouldn't talk to them before they've had their morning coffee.
And then I tried it. All it does is make me sleepy if I brew it myself.
My sister worked at Dunkin' Donuts for a while though and I got free iced coffees and those motherfukkers kept me up for days at a time. Even though I drank those fairly regularly coffee still gets no love from me. It's just not as exciting as it was built up to be and I was drinking it to see the hype.
All that being said, Dunkin' Donuts and 7/11 seem to have that market on lock in most black communities I've seen. For people who'd rather not pay Starbucks prices and just want a simple coffee.
Black folk do in fact drink at Starbucks though. My aunt is one of those people who prefer it.
. With drip coffee at least, this happens if you use water that is initially hot before you put it in the machine instead of using cold water and letting the machine heating it up.Even if we do, WE DONT NEED TO BE SPENDING OUR DISPOSABLE INCOME OF LUXURY ITEMS LIKE COFFEE. I feel where he's coming from.....Blacks will do anything whites think of as trendy or popular. Smh. If we want coffee, we should be brewing it at home or buying from a black-owned restaurant.
Shaq gave black people too much credit. We're the ultimate mindless consumers
all the inner city starbucks in the black neighborhoods stay crowded out here.
This made my dayI Got This Image In My Head Of Shaq Turning Down Million Dollar Business Ideas, Then Someone Comes To Him On Some "They're Like Regular Jeans Only They Have Zippers Across The Knee So You Can Detach Them And Turn Them Into Shorts" And Shaq Is Like "Where Do I Sign?"![]()

Club promoterWhat kind of business logic is this?
You've gotta be kidding meStarbucks is expensive though......sadly it's prob too expensive for most predominantly black areas

You've gotta be kidding me
Have you been around predominantly black areas? You think they couldn't afford a 3 or 4 dollar coffee?

nikka please

I've never seen oneNot sure he was wrong. Of course Black folks drink coffee. But a Starbucks in a Black neighborhood? That's a gamble.

The only time I crave coffee is when I'm on vacation (1-2cups) and around the holidays...cant explain it. The caucazoids at the job be wearing out coffee makers...drinking that shyt straight black....all....day
