In my city we have 2 decent sized universities and I have to say I see way more college white women picking up birth control on a regular basis than black women. I also see many more white women getting that plan-b as well. Now paying for plan-b can be an issue for a college student especially if your family isn't well off but birth control is much more easily attainable even more so if you have insurance. At the start of the year new healthcare laws came into effect and most prescriptions for bc's have been no co-pay under many insurance plans from what I've seen so there really isn't much of an excuse not to use it if you are sexually active.
