Those areas weren’t rich areas, they were quite affordable growing up. Black also need to invest in their neighborhood to turn them around and not wait until they are too expensive to enter the neighborhood and cry about gentrification

I do give a little leeway for black businessas though... Except for black barber shops since there are enough of them where I don't have to support you just because you're black owned
