But you also have to consider that white supremacists have historically been known to test the waters so to speak, when gauging whether or not its safe to commit atrocities. The problem with black folks being coached to publicly 'forgive' their family member's murderers is that it emboldens other white supremacists and white supremacy sympathizers to go in and kill more of us. Maybe this sounds harsh but it's not just about you and your family, you're endangering the black collective when you publicly forgive the murderers.

If you forgive the guy privately, that's fine. But doing it on TV makes ALL of us look weak and pussified, which puts us in danger. We have to start thinking as a group if we want to compete with the cacs, Latinos, Indians, Koreans etc who are able to push us around economically because they compete as groups.
