1. We need to know our tribe = Come with us or go with them. Once we know who's on our team then we can determine if debate or building is worth it when we encounter another black person.

For instance, I'm working on a card that any black person who supports our mission (we have to iron the details out) will possess. So when you're building or conversing with them first thing you ask is, "Are you a part of Black First?". If they are, cool, you can build. If not, you treat them as an outsider.

Not a bad idea. I've always thought about ways we can ID each other. Similar to credentials we have when we move through the white system (i.e. degrees, certs, etc), we need the same when we move in our system. You can't always rely on "your vibe attracts your tribe".
