Not as much as they despise black people. Plus they very easily give incentives to poor white people to mistreat non white people especially black people.

White people have a code no doubt.
They also have the financial system to have a code. Meaning if u go off code and say something racist out in the open we will fire u from ur job.
Black people don't have the financial means to have a code.
Blacks u see on TV are paid by whites whether it be fox msnbc ESPN etc. They are controlled and are only allowed to speak on racism long as it doesn't upset whites.
Blacks dont have the finances to punish people who go off code like whites so as long as its like that there never be a code system.
If they getting paid by whites they only on code for they check they not caring about the black community and don't have too.
So no long as we don't control our own destiny financially

White people do have a code. However that code is a product of hundreds if not thousands of years of History and that is not our history as black people.

Maybe I am Naive. But Even I think that White people can see they are being fukked over by other white people. Rural Alabama just lost like a thousand jobs making some retarded shyt like pen caps thats going to prisoners making 35 cent and hour. where as previously people were making 10 bucks an hour. even the staunchest racist cant blame nikkas.

Well it is a Collective Agreement to act out certain behaviors so it may be considered a code. I personally considered a code of behavior. Like I said you looking at things that go back centuries I'm not sure if the word code can totally sum up racism and how it works.
