these are just stereotypes. It's kinda like someone saying, the south is nothing but rednecks, Cali is nothing but surfers, gangs and hollywood, etc. I'm sure there's more to it. I haven't traveled that much to be honest.only like 2 positive things I saw
your in montreal do you speak french? i think i heard somewhere they make it hard for non-french speakers like street signs everything is in french and jobs you need to know....is it hard for non-french speakers?
I speak mostly french actually. the street signs are in french (most times both in french and english). As far as getting a job, it's probably easier if you're bilingual but you could get by if you only speak english in montreal (Most people are bilingual). Some would argue that people who only speak english have better odds of finding a job than people who only speak french. I guess it depends on what type of job/industry, etc.
