i dont got kids, only a few bills so you kno im on some "fukk this job, you wanna square up after work we can do it." offered a few that got mad when i called them on their bullshyt and they on some chill shyt. i aint nobody big or a tough guy im just saying talk wreckless stand up behind your words. you right, once u nip it in the bud they be on some quiet shyt. only talking shyt amongst other brown nosers. you can be a great worker, good co worker without throwing peopl under the bus and it comes with being territorial when theres no need.

Seriously speaking, I don't see black men in healthcare management. I walk through the halls of the hospital I work at and I've never seen anyone black that wasn't clinical personnel.

This is basically the gist of it. We have to wear nametags in the hospital and when they see me for the first time, they are doing double takes for sure.
