I looked at the first post and thought, "This would be rife with scammers." Then I went to the last page and thought, "Oh!"
This is why these things never take off. You have to trust other people, and most people are not honest.

This is also a black woman. I knew something was up when she messaged me all buddy buddy before starting her sales pitch a few messages in.

Rule of thumb: NEVER send money to people whose identity you haven't fully confirmed and/or haven't met in person.
For ANY REASON.
This definitely won't keep you from falling for ALL scams, but this eliminates 80% of them for you. In this day and age, this should be a baseline understanding.
People will fire up CashApp based on a IG handle and barely a first name.
Beware attractive social media influencers and people who speak matter-of-factly.
Rule of thumb: NEVER send money to people whose identity you haven't fully confirmed and/or haven't met in person.
