Peels off almost fully in one pull if you did it right. Then you cut the head off while its still nailed to the tree and throw the body in a bucket. Then you pull the body out the bucket, cut the body open, and pull out the guts. After that rinse the body off and throw them b*stards in a zip lock, fill the zip lock with water and freeze the fish until you ready to eat em or you batter that bad boy and fry em on the spot.
