I rarely agree with Kevin Samuels but he had a caller and made one point that I thought was pretty poignant. If Black women gave Black men the same level of respect they gave their white male bosses it would probably solve every issue Black men have with Black women.
But it's really about power. The vast majority of white collar jobs (really jobs in general) are controlled by white men. They control the spigot of success and white men know this. Black women will work hard for them not cause trouble and not challenge them in any meaningful way. A brother is going to work hard but he's going to gunning for that big chair and they can't have that.
The other thing is Gen Z (both men and women) don't really believe in race loyalty like that. They will go for whoever they feel is best for them regardless of race. Think about it. Most of these people came of age during the gender wars and the effects are showing.
