Why 30 for women?
Female hoodrats of all ages tend to be more louder/aggressive/obnoxious than men.

So he wants a club full of :flabbynsick:

Majority of those folks he's catering too don't have the funds (childcare, etc) or the energy to pack his club. LOL, good luck with that.

I thought this was because they have some outrageous prices. Honestly, you and your SO or date could get outta there under or slightly over $100. But it's a basic ass menu for what they're trying to do with the policy. I know shyt can get heavy in St. Louis, but like somebody said, people in their 30s can do stupid shyt. Trust, me I know. They picked those ages because they're in their early to mid 30s.

this is non-story. there's a million lounges near my crib and ALL of them enforce a 30-35 year old age minimum.
-It's not a non-story. It's actually interesting if you're from a place where they don't enforce this at ANY lounge.

Private businesses can legally discriminate based on age *so long as it isn't against a protected group*.

Men below 35 aren't.

Still, the policy is problematic as, like you stated, some 30-year old dude can still initiate some legal action against it.

Not a lawyer, so I could be wrong.

Gender is a protected class. That’s where this becomes murky. I’m not sure having different age requirements for each gender would stand up to legal scrutiny if pressed.

The loophole i see is if a 30 year old man claims he identifies as a woman. Then they would have to let him in or they can be sued.

Yeah, this is beyond me. All I found was it being illegal to gender discriminate in regards to employment and goods/services provision by private businesses that receive Federal funding.

Then I think about bars, casinos, clubs, etc. that do exactly that.
