No, that article is horribly written and a lot of the information on that page is inaccurate. That article is so horribly written that it led you to believe the man that killed Dahmer somehow killed himself during the attack. The man brutally attacked Dahmer and then moved on to kill the other prisoner that was working with them, supposedly the other inmate and Dahmer were joking on him beforehand. I remember this because the guy that killed Dahmer confessed and said God told him to do it. He also mentioned that he didn't like Dahmer's insane sense of humor so that and the information he gathered from newspapers detailing Dahmer's crimes led to him murdering Dahmer.Interesting.
