Beyond saying strive to be your own boss, everything he said was idiotic and inaccurate. you can't tell people to be their own boss yet in the same sentence make derogatory statements that lead to being a boss.

How can you be a boss if you don't save money? How can you be a boss if you don't use prior employment as a stepping stone. How can you be a boss if You don't seek out mentors (people in higher positions than you) and emulate their behavior?
