i get your point, but they dont usually talk about hair in a restaurant interview because its usually known that you wear it up. in this restaurant though they are selling a look about their waitstaff and want the hair down. which is gross if they tray their food out shoulder style or two plates to an arm.
they couldve continued training her because sometimes it takes more than 4 days, all the while telling her to get her hair ready for her first day on the floor.
if she didnt want to put her extentions bakk in or straighten what she does have and wear it bakk with a head band and down, that would be on her to get fired or quit.
