For those that want concrete proof that student loans were meant to sabotage black wealth, sometimes you have to look at the results to find the intentions. I can't say with 100 percent certainty that the War on Drugs, the 1994 Crime Bill, Stop and Frisk, Cointelpro, or many other laws and programs that have negatively effected black people, were specifically meant to sabotage black people. We don't live in an honest society. There are legal ramifications for discrimination, so you have to codify it. Learn to think critically. Or just simply google it sometimes.
