Honestly, I have a friend who doesn't care about dressing up and make up. She's not interested. She likes being very casual. She complains about not attracting dudes and I told her she needs to put some effort into her appearance. The thing is she actually looks cute without makeup compare to the girl in the OP. She just needs better wardrobe. Since I know she's doesn't like makeup at all.

Yeah but this is something a lil different than just not being "interested in makeup". She doesn't seem interested in her appearance in any way, shape or form. She wears masculine clothes and isn't even rockin that short cut properly. No taper, no line up, no moisture, nothing. She doesn't even seem like she's just frumpy or a dyke, just straight up asexual.
