#2 Doesnt matter under what circumstabces the child came into the world it is his child too. IF HE DID threaten to take the child away im assuming he intended to do so legally AND has a good reason for it. Child custody battles arent black and white. Most people who marry people for green cards never sleep with the person. It's a business transaction. In other cases where they actually dated then you never know why relationships go sour. She could be an unfit mother for all i know. She could just be bitter that he left her for all i know. WHo knows why he left her.
