So I have a white female MANAGER, she's older but she's nicer to me, she calls me sweetie, honey and whatever. She's cool.

Black female supervisor, she gets mad when she sees me get up from my desk to go to the bathroom. Sometimes I get tired sleeping on the computer so I walk to the bathroom even though I'm really walking to help circulate blood back to my brain and get re-energized again, and I'm back to work. She constantly forced me to do overtime when I had exams.

One time I was walking back to my desk, she told me something I'm like ok. Then she called me back and asked me if I was smirking. I'm assuming she thought I was giving her attitude and all that shyt. I'm 25 years old I don't have time for this shyt, I don't even wanna be at this dead end job. Over a goddamn smirk. ONLY AN OLDER BLACK FEMALE DOES THIS shyt. Stupid c*nt.

So I went back to my seat, and went back to work. She's just mad because she can't do shyt, that white manager likes me, fukking slave overseer uncle tom ass c*nt ass weave wearing ass stupid ass bytch.

Anybody have the same problem?

Damn breh. Had a bish like that for a boss too (black too).

Best thing I did was document everything she did. All shyt- personal and professional.

By the time I was done, had 15 pages on her. Bish was on a business trip. Corporate called her to cut that shyt short and bring dat ass back. After 2 weeks administrative leave, corporate was like .

Documentation is your best friend. Be sure to continue to look elsewhere too.

You need to step up to her and warn her of her attitude towards you. I had one typical nasty black bytch who was nice to the white boys despite the fact they didn't respect her yet kept giving me attitude even though I went out of my way to be nice her. After trying to give me another attitude in front of everyone I gave her a public dressing down and she avoided me since then .

I don't really care about these c00ns so I avoid them whenever I can but if they bring their bullshyt to me.....

Male managers just want the work done...they don't give a fukk how you get it done either. Female managers want the work done, but the way THEY want it done even if their way is archaic and takes twice as long. You get the same output but because you didn't do it her dumb ass way, it's a problem.

Not to mention when them bytches get to PMSing. Won't say good morning, gives you an attitude and shades you all day long but the next morning chatting it up with you like you're their BFF. Bye Felicia!!

Walked up to her and warned her never to talk to me like that ever again in front of the whole office. The manager was there as well just for added effect. She started mumbling about something but I walked back to my desk. It worked because I'm a chill guy and never raise my voice so when I did she knew I meant it.
