i'm an 80s baby and black women have felt this way my entire my life. hell, going to all black schools with no white chicks, black boys were still hit with the self hating "you all want white women" label.
perception is stronger than reality and their perception has been distorted from birth.

The truth of your post speaks to the how delusional many of them are. Even when faced with the history (i.e. speaks of itself), facts (i.e. study) and reason (i.e. non-blacks just don't like blacks naturally, from major difference in appearances auspices to presumed superiority on their part), all they can do is play Stockholm Syndrome with black men.

Most these black self loathing women were raised around cacs in predominately cac neighbor hoods and have experience with black men that have come from the same back ground. nikkas raised around cacs are almost always fukked in the head and brain washed

These sad ass tumblers or whatever the fukk theyre called and the mentality of black women and men who think like this shows you a lot of us lost the battle before it was even fought.
Prime example is my ma, i love her to death but she was in the same boat. Being depressed and all that because of her time spent in the marines getting bombarded with the black mental subjugation machine by cacs that always made her feel that she wasnt "good enough" when in reality she was better than most of them at their jobs. She dealt with some of the same pawns (black self hating men and women) that help push this machine for cacs.
nikkas need to stop looking for outside validation from people who arent going to give it to you. Regardless of what anyone thinks, a person should be 100% confident in themselves in all areas. Not saying think youre perfect, obviously recognize your flaws and work to improve them and accept them. Why are you sad about some lil titties when you were born with them joints?

Serious question breh, have you ever asked any of the black women you know (family/friends/relationships) to talk to you about how they feel about themselves? Because you'd be shocked to know that there are a lot of our women walking around who are lonely, depressed, have no support system, and feel like no one (including black men) gives a fukk about them.
You say it's them just whining but it really isn't. A lot of our women are hurting and suffering in silence dealing with emotional issues that we never have to face. We live in a society where black women KNOW that America doesn't give a fukk about them, especially poor black women in the hood. And some of them don't believe we as black men don't give a fukk about them either.
When me and my girl first met she used to tell me how people would say slick shyt about her because her skin is dark (and it came from black men and black women). An ex told me that her grandma used to tell me how her grandma would get mad because she didn't put a perm in her 5 year old daughter's hair.

I love my sistahs, Always have, always will. I was born from a black woman, raised by black women, and love them dearly. I love my brotha's as well. It saddens me to see the constant back in forth and this constant need to prove who's struggle is worse than the other. It's really simple, we help each other and the quality of life improves dramatically. there have been constant blaming back in forth. it just really needs to stop, and we just need to find common ground. My post was in reference to the tumbler confessions about afros being unattractive, good hair, and the black men in their area dating white women / cant find any dateable black men in their area.
All of that shyt is due to white washing, dealing with white washed black people, and conforming to the idea that white is right.
I talk about these topics with several women. A lot of women and men have self confidence issues based on vainity though. Like being over weight, hair, physical imperfections, history with men etc... shyt thats not really that relevant in the grand scheme of things but a huge relevance has been placed on it because of society and our culture. Everyone compares themselves and look up to people that they arent when people need to be happy in their own skin with whatever flaws they have and focus on correcting the ones that can be corrected like losing weight dealing with the right men, etc...
