Women usually end up having kids, which is literally the biggest actual reason that there's a wealth disparity between the sexes. They also tend to go into lesser paying medical/social occupations because it's a biological inclination to fulfil nurturing roles, whether at home or at work. The statistics on the pay gap are frequently misleading because they don't take this stuff into account.

If women had no kids and focused on their careers full time, they'd do as well or better than men. But then the human race would die out.

No idea if or how race plays into that, but it's an important factor either way.

One reason for this is that more white people start out with the privilege of being able to afford better schooling, which makes a big difference on a resume.

The system needs to give everybody a fair shot rather than the financial situation of your parents, to a large extent determining your fate.

Yes, more women attend school than men but the system has to keep things in balance. The system doesn't want White America to be Black America hence the strong kickback whenever you bash White men, notice White women don't really disrespect white men like that in media.

Our community runs different than most, they know that and allow it since it's very profitable and you can put black males in jail due to disfunction.

Black Women getting degrees is highly advertise, strong reason for that.

However if you work it right (most) all of these degrees can pay off substantially so.

Three out of the four you mentioned have STEM foundations. You’re not going to be a doctor, dentist or architect if you don’t have some type of grasp on science and math.
