I just don't see how nikkas are having problems with black womenI get nothing but love.

You can definitely get other races on the team if they show they can be good role players
, but Black women are always blue chip franchise changing prospects in terms of potential. So in theory starting 5 with Black women of different shades and nationalities is a several year dynasty of winning as long as you make the right front office moves to keep the team together.
