no amount of gym/dieting will change your genetics. if you look young you will look young. obviously taking care of yourself can help slightly, but i know people who have been drinking/doing drugs for years and still look young. while some health nuts i know have severe wrinkles/bags other problems. genetics mean everything in life.

Let's take someone with great genetics and have them shooting meth and crack cocaine, eating junk all day, no exercise whatsoever for 20yrs and see if that person will still look great then.
