There is a reason why members will not speak out,and i'm not sure it has more to do with that they're not about to let some young shythead fukk up their careers.... than it does that they're laying low cause they're of the same ilk as this dude.
I do wonder what will happen if one of the more well known SAE members speaks out, and shyts on this OU Chapter...and they get to digging into his past.
A couple of observations: The way State Senator Pittman and the clergy men came in c00ning like that was deplorable to epic proportions. How does any self respecting leader in our community go out in support of this. 
From the press conference I see two things that are concerning and I am sure of that we will see again more in the future. The first is the"Al Sharpton" model was in full use: the false and dangerous belief that one individual for financial greed and/or limelight can go out in front of a national audience or corporation to either forgive or accept apology on behalf of our people when we have been attacked, disrespected or murdered its just now at the state level. Pittman was utilizing an ol' tried and true trick out of Confidential Informant #7's playbook. Secondly, Sen. Pittman is getting her Olivia Pope on- out here cleaning up cacs messes. Scandal got some of these women out here doing the most including holding hands with someone that out of their own mouth rather see your folks hanging from a tree than associate with them 
and we wonder why our youth look at those "respected" leaders and authority with 
. We must do better and hold others and ourselves accountable. When this dies down and if she reaches out to him he is going to hit her with the

If I was somebody contemplating running for her seat I would roll footage from that press conference the narrator would ask "Can you look to Anastasia Pittman to represent your best interests and stand by you in your time of need like she did the OU SAE member Levi Pettit? Whose interests is she really representing? On election day tell her the bus rides over, WE can do better." 
A competent candidate would slide into office off the strength of that
