Blacks continue to disrespect MLK for no reason

You're not wrong. MLK did what he did with the intention of advancing Black People's liberation. He couldn't of known that this would be the result.

Besides it's very selfish for Black folks to put all of the blame on MLK when ultimately one man alone can't free Black people, it's a group effort that we all must contribute to doing.

On another note most people don't know that towards the end of his life, MLK became more radical and supported ideas such as reparations for black people and often criticized capitalism.

Yeah the MLK that "seen the light" is never talked about...

Only the I have a dream speech MLK for obvious reasons

I remember a few weeks ago I was in line at the dollar store and this old man was talking about Malcolm and Martin and what they done and sure enough some young nikka who works there started saying Malcolm and Martin didn’t do anything for black people, cause we still struggling today…. I just dropped my shyt and walked out..

A lot of our people really need to do their homework on our icons
