As someone who's worked in prisons: I'd say it's more that blacks are predators in prison. No car in prison is openly allowing batty behavior. It's just that a Mexican is more likely to be raped by a black guy, than a black guy raped by a Mexican.

They only run together if they're severely outnumbered by blacks, in places like the south or east. In California they all have their own car.

A west coast Mexican claiming that black gangs are hyper violent and on gay shyt is WILD. You cannot argue "southerners" (ie Mexicans) aren't doing gay shyt in jail.
