Hard to get one in Florida if you ever been convicted of certain crimes.. Which is a part of the drug war. So basically a lot of young black and latino men, cant legally conceal. Out of the dudes I hang with.. only me have concealed.
Most them dudes cant even pass the 2 day background check... much less a CCW
