It's not about policing anyone's blackness. My issue is people trying to profit of their blackness while also distancing herself from black people and trying to make them look bad at the same time. I don't approve of mixed raced people being selectively black at times when it suits them and then doing everything they can to ensure they aren't seen as black the rest of the time.

This woman for example didn't open a soul food restaurant and hire a bunch of black employee's and then advertise it as a black owned business.

She partnered with her italian husband/business partner and opened a pizza joint with all white employee's. decided to call it black owned to collect benefits meant to help minority owned businesses.

She don’t have to open a soul food(just cause u black don’t mean u auto like soul food) restaurant but she damn sure should have black employees.

Don't care to jump in the one drop rule discussion, but those tweets dude is posting is looking pretty damning.

How? Assuming that Tall Clouds LLC is the company that owns and operates the pizzeria, the Articles of Organization were signed by her. Also, Tyrone Reed was appointed as the resident agent. Oftentimes, family members are appointed resident agents for small companies.

His own tweets seem to prove that she owns the business, not "Matt". The fact that Tyrone was appointed resident agent to sign off on the Articles of Organization while Matt's name is nowhere to be seen makes her case look more likely, not less likely.

I thought she said her husband owns it with her before back tracking. And him being Matt the cac

I didn't see anywhere where it says she's married to Matt. She said Tyrone is her husband and Matt is the chef. The documents that the guy put up on Twitter showed her as the owner and Tryone's name also on the documents as a signing agent without Matt's name anywhere on the papers.

I did some googles and came up with this:

Davina dikkens and Tyrone Reed are the two Directors/Officers listed for the company
Davina dikkens and Tyrone Reed gave a donation together to a local school
Davina dikkens and Tyrone Reed are both listed as previous residents of this address



Not sure the issue is fully decided but all the receipts so far are definitely in her favor.
