How? Assuming that Tall Clouds LLC is the company that owns and operates the pizzeria, the Articles of Organization were signed by her. Also, Tyrone Reed was appointed as the resident agent. Oftentimes, family members are appointed resident agents for small companies.

I got into a back & forth with Thompson Hospitality. They’re a black owned company that owns hella restaurants in the DMV but use white faces as the “face” of their restaurants, which I think is odd . They have one burger spot in Loudon Va that advertises about being black owned but the about section is all about a cac who’s life long dream was to make the best burger in the US.
