Tighter controls all around and better platforming. Everything feels more refined.

I think I'm about 70% through the game now and it's been so good. I haven't felt any of the frustrations I did with the first game.

There's no mystery anymore about what to do with items when you get them. When you get something an NPC can use, it's marked on your map so you aren't wandering around trying to figure out what to do. You also get the ability to travel between prie dieus relatively early in the game, which helps A LOT with the backtracking. It was such a pain in the ass in the first game. I don't think I found it in the first one until the very end.

Veredicto has been by far the best weapon to me throughout.

I'm sure there's some Youtube videos recommending the other two but the Veredicto is the easiest to use and does the most damage.

If you pick Sarmiento & Centella off rip, you'll be able to reach more areas early in the game.

This second-to-last boss fight is a pain in the ass. Talk about a difficulty spike.
