Considering the NBA will never return to the old days, basically you are saying that any great player that hit their prim that played during lebrons era is overatted based on them playing in a weaker era. Like if we put our current gen in the past era we won't adapt. Honestly they'll probably be better players. This league is weaker because of the changes in the nba with these rules to make it less of the little contact sport it is. These players aren't weak. Lebron is a walking example of the evolution of these athletes. Steph Curry is another one, he has taken shooting off the dribble to another level. We can debate all day about these eras but at the end of the day we'll never know

I didn't write it. It was a comment on a Bleacher Report article. All those players except for Wade played in the 90's and had the skills needed in that era, so the person isn't saying that they are overrated. The person even mentioned that Duncan is an all-time great. The person said that those who have a mid-range game, good defense, clutch ability, more good than bad performances in the Finals (Lj is 1-3 in that category), and aren't flopping and whining over simple physicality aren't overrated because those qualities would make them successful in the previous era.
