I still say Sheamus should have been a combination of Mike Awesome and Chibs from Sons of Anarchy

sheamus was never as groomed for main events or a top spot like awesome.
i can go back and watch awesome have legendary matches with tanaka to taz, to spike.

with sheamus, none of those moments exist to relook at.
when, he has been booked in the same types of circumstances and talent.
yet, is given the green light to bury talent.
sheamus should not even be inring with, let alone going over.

Sheamus as is is in the wrong era IMO. PG fits his "character" but not his strong suits, he's athletic as hell, strong and mean when he wants to be. He can't work the strong style that he and Barrett need to be doing, not saying all out hardcore but he needs to be able to beat people up snugly. He's got a marketable look, he looks like a comic book character. That's money if done right

They're trying to push him as this happy go lucky charismatic face and it feels forced. .. he'd be better as the badass kick heel ass and tell them about it while doing it babyface or get his ass kicked and come back another day to try again face. Basically Mark Henry's championship run as a face.
