I've been Warren set.
Warren isnt about really freeing up the market.
I mean really free the market let these corps rake in as much as they can then tax it and redistribute it.
Im not with, workers on boards, unions, min wage increases, govt. run sectors, breakups etc.
Just let capitalism run wild, tax the fukk out of those at the top and used the wealth generated to uplift those at the bottom.
Everyone wins.
Socialist flying through with negs
Dont matter though, private ownership of the means of production remains undefeated.
Markets have been embraced by everyone seeking to uplift the masses
The saga continuesWu Tang!

imagine being this fukking delusional
"Pharaoh built the pyramids all by himself, folks. No labor required. He's our provider, let's worship him."![]()
without pharoah the workers, overseers and slaves wouldn't be compelled via food, housing and beer to create pyramids![]()
whether its pharaoh, the emperor of china, or CEOsThe pyramids, if we're being honest, don't need to exist. The pharaohs didn't need to employ advance geometry (for the time), hard labor, and tons of natural resources to build an expensive mausoleum...for themselves.
I mean yeah, they're impressive, but I doubt Ramesses II had future Egyptian tourism revenue in mind when these were built.![]()
if the choice is work a shytty job or starve, that is pretty much you being compelled to workwhether its pharaoh, the emperor of china, or CEOs
it should be clear the relationship amongst humans. Someone with the wherewithal to compel people to build things has been going on for 10000s of years.
reason folks need to pump the breaks on some of these economic platforms is that atleast with Capitalism it doesnt rest with a despot or political party with this relationship
there is a huge difference between being incentivized to build/work via the CEO vs build/work because of the state/ruler. No CEO can compel you to work against your will. You can always leave and work elsewhere or better yet become the CEO and compel others to build/work for you.
You can always punish bad actors after they've behaved badly.
grow your own food, build your own house, etc it sounds ridiculous in 2019 but it's still a thingif the choice is work a shytty job or starve, that is pretty much you being compelled to work
I don't understand this argument that private enterprise is somehow more scrupulous, efficient, and effective if they have less regulation :reallyson:
Less regulation is definitely more efficient. In my job for example, due to regulations and government contracts in some cities, I can't negotiate directly with clients that I provide my programs to. I have to go through the city who takes a cut of my income and makes me add them to my insurance policy, making the programs more expensive and adds a middleman that both sides have to communicate with in order to do business. If I were able to go direct, the programs would be cheaper, and communication would be easier.
What about unscrupulous regulators? I see them as a far greater threat. Government regulators have a monopoly on force. No private company can force you to buy their product unless they get government to write laws and regulations that corner their market for them. Get rid of the government's ability to grant favors, such as tax breaks/subsidies/tariffs/no bid contracts/loopholes for favored industries, and the market can sort things out much better. Not perfectly, but better.
The hell are you talking about?Imagine if we eliminated private insurance and they wouldnt have to go through clowns like you?
Sounds much more efficient to me..
