As crazy as that sounds that might actually be plausible. Rockets salary for next year is 39mil. Delfino, Aaron brooks, James anderson have team options for next year at 3.5mil, 2.5mil and 926K. If they don't pick them up team salary for 2013 drops to 32mil. That makes them 26 mil under salary cap. Sign jefferson to 13-15 mil a season and then go after paul which will put them in the mid 60 mil cap
