If anything is clear as day why do they need a confirmation? I don't think people on here understand how the law works. They had everything on OJ Simpson and he walked.. All you need is reasonable doubt..
Let me tell you something.. At 19 i was grilled for 6hrs and everytime they asked me something that was an admission or guilt i would say i don't recall. If you lie and get caught in a lie then your word means nothing. But i don't recall is just you not remembering shyt
.. If they called me in and asked if that was my boy on a tape i would simply say "I'm not sure" .. Any information you give to the law does nothing but help them build a case against your people. If people took shyt to trial without giving up information on people the conviction rate would at least 25% lower. The problem is poor people don't have the funds to fight a case so they snitch..
