LMAO! I feel like if there is any place in the world where u can be honest, it should be amongst a group of complete and utter strangers. But most people take the opposite approach. In for the![]()

I left the 9-5 in 2013 and went out on my own vowing to never work for another white man again. Since then...I never looked back and will NEVER go back to working in a traditional sense.
I don't care how stupid you may think you are or can be. I know you can do something I can't do...so how can you SELL that? I don't care if it's giving happy endings or stripping on a pole...it's money and I respect all hustles....so where is your notebook of your business and your pen?

Nothing makes a white financier, landlord, bank smile wide than a 700+ credit score when you ask for a business line of credit.
but I will give you an example from my past...
Don't share your plans with ANYONE...protect your side business like it's your fukking baby...
or
but the choice is literally yours as it's YOUR life. Good Luck to you OP.Personally I have several business ideas. (I mean doesn't everybody)
Here are a few: feel free to steal or expand on as needed. I'm a think tank like that so it's fine. I just want to see the ideas grow.
1.) Thinking about starting a non-profit that offers educational professional development packages for k-12 students and beyond.
Basically we would work with families to carefully monitor their children's academic progress to ensure they are in a good place for post-secondary success. If u have a child that wants to be a construction supervisor, what would he need to be career ready by the end of high school. What needs to be done to be college ready with a free ride by the end of ur senior year. My organization would manage all of that. Basically all the shyt school used to do but fails to do today.
Professional writing, resume building, certification training, public speaking, job interview skills, professionalism classes, financial literary, social skills.
Phase 2 of the business would be for post-secondary students to ensure they are on the right track to pay not one dime in student loans or in a career path of their choice. Also help with preparing for graduate school.

2.) An immediate idea for the men is to run a summer fitness camp. You don't need credentials or anything. And in Charlotte if you are willing to attend a one-day training, u can take ur camp to any nearby school for free breakfast and lunch.
So all u need to do is advertise. Summer Basketball camp. 9:00am-2:00pm.
You can have it at a local recreation center for free. Get about 20-30 students for a 6-week summer camp. Charge a rate per student or write a non-profit grant and have all costs taken care of and assign urself a salary.
Create a community league and charge a registration fee for neighborhood teams to join.
3.) Same with women---run a summer charm school with a focus on etiquette. Open to young teenage girls ages 12-18. Where u teach the importance of womanhood and various sensible behaviors.
(* Bonus money: Target those rich white moms looking to get rid of their snotty daughters for the summer. I know of about 12 families in the same swim league as one of my students who pay upwards of almost $20,000 per summer for their children to do simple shyt like play in watercolors under the guise of "summer enrichment")

I'm so proud of you.I own a Vape store in a very affluent and hip area of Washington and a Yoga studio where trainers bring their clients for 700 a month and I have 18 trainers paying rent to host classes there. My Vape store does really well in sales and literally I am at a point where I can rent a front and make a second store. I have 4 white people working for me. 2 full time and 2 part time.
Also Thinking about buying 15 Pelaton's to put in there for a spin studio overlooking a lake. No shyt.I left the 9-5 in 2013 and went out on my own vowing to never work for another white man again. Since then...I never looked back and will NEVER go back to working in a traditional sense.
Any advice? Sure? Remember it's up to you if you take it....
- First ask yourself "What are you passionate about"? "What can I do that people would BUY or NEED"? I advise you to get a notebook and write these thoughts down...I know I did.I don't care how stupid you may think you are or can be. I know you can do something I can't do...so how can you SELL that? I don't care if it's giving happy endings or stripping on a pole...it's money and I respect all hustles....so where is your notebook of your business and your pen?
Got time to play NBA 2k? Then you got time for working on your side business. Got time to smoke weed and chill with that single mother you been trying to fukk for weeks? Then you got time for working on your business. Got time to go to the club every weekend? Then you got weekends to work on your business. If you are smart then you will see what the contrast is in that sentence. Work on your side business like you are working on anything else that you love to do...if you CAN'T dedicate time to working on your side business then owning a business. AIN'T FOR YOU.
- Nervous about starting a business? Just simply start one as a side hobby....mind you I didn't say "side hustle". Look at it as a hobby and pour your energy into it...
- Take your time in working your side business. Victory is sweet but defeat holds all the lessons. Learn how you failed and go back into it so you don't make the same mistake twice.
- Work on your credit. Seriously. Want to get a good spot for your shop, machine shop, food truck, restaurant etc? Get your credit up in a major way as you will need it as a lifeline for your business.Nothing makes a white financier, landlord, bank smile wide than a 700+ credit score when you ask for a business line of credit.
- Black faces make white money nervous. Don't think so? Go visit Tulsa, Ok and ask someone...
If you open your business in a predominately white affluent area you will encounter some outright fukkery when white people discover a black business owner. I hate to tell you this but white people REALLY don't like to give a black business owner their money...so when your business gets big be like Dr. Doom...always in the background and pulling strings sending your DoomBots to do your bidding...meaning hire white faces to do your work. Sorry to tell you that but it is what it is...but I am sure you are shaking your head thinking I ambut I will give you an example from my past...
I bought a chip route for Mission Tortilla chips....had 10 stores who were ordering my product so all I had to do was go fill it. 2 store owners saw that I was a 6'3 black man and in 48 hours they both cancelled their accounts....so I ended up hiring a older white vet who wanted to work. In a WEEK...of seeing his face they ordered my product again as they thought it was HIS route and NOT mine.
- Don't listen to naysayers or people who AREN'T DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING. If they don't own a business then you have no business divulging YOUR BUSINESS.Don't share your plans with ANYONE...protect your side business like it's your fukking baby...
- Network with other business owners preferably BLACK even if it's in another state. I did the same thing when I put some of my money into a gym another brother owns in Sac and with that partnership I learned A LOT about the fitness industry. It was the Game from that at put me up to buy my Yoga studio. I still check in and visit with that brother and his father in Sac since he knows his niche....Consider him like family and it's mutual.
- Hold on to your full time job until your business generates a solid year of income so you won't be assed out in case you decide to go work for yourself early. Until you get that side business generating consistent income that can support you then no need to release yourself from that full time gig..
I think I said everything that could be said on this but it's up to you to decide if I amor
but the choice is literally yours as it's YOUR life. Good Luck to you OP.

My real business plan is far grander. These are lil side ideas. I've already written a business proposal for my real idea. I just need to figure out a way to generate start up revenue to purchase a spot and the equipment and stuff I needWhere is your notebook?![]()
I'm so proud of you.
Your advice is spot on. And I TOTALLY believe what you said. Whites hardly want to patronize blk business. The operate behind the veil b/c they know what's up.
Ur advice is magnificent. I'd have to be an utter fool not to take it.
Soooooo many questions!
Let's talk stress levels. Can't be any more stressful than holding a 9-5 while slaving away for somebody else, but how many hours do u dedicate to your business?
Also how did u start up? I know u mentioned the importance of good credit and a business loan...tell me your story.![]()
