Well, she probably paid a lot of money for that refrigerator, and she was expecting it that day due to the old one dying out. She probably had food, meat, etc that needed to be put away.

I kinda understand her perspective because things like a working refrigerator, an oven, etc, are considered to be high-priority necessities. You can't cook with an oven that doesn't ignite in the inside and you can't buy and store groceries if a refrigerator isn't working as the food can expire.

You can't live without a refrigerator since it's a basic necessity.

We don't know how small her kitchen entry is or how big in width her kitchen is in measurements, and her kitchen ceiling can't be that low where a fridge is too tall, so maybe she assumed he didn't try hard enough to get it inside. There are ways to get a brand-new fridge or stove in a kitchen; you just have gotta put in the effort, y'know, maneuver.

I remember a few years ago, I needed a new stove put in because the old one stopped working, and it took a minute for the delivery person to get it through my front door and kitchen, but they eventually got it in.

I assume breh was on a real tight schedule like most delivery brehs. They need to get in and out as most likely that's not the only delivery of the day. Boss probably been stressing them about sticking to the schedule. Who knows. Calling police, waiting for them to show up then waiting for them to sort everything out. Probably time consuming

Coulda been company tools, tablets, whatever that was critical for the next job. Medicine, wallet, keys, etc

Same when we had ours delivered about 3 years ago. They were more than helpful taking off the front door, maneuvering through my kitchen, and tried to help me take the doors off the fridge itself (I ended up having to diy but luckily I’m handy and have my own sockets/tools to get the job done). Had she flashed some cash at them they def would’ve found a way, but she just wanted to be a shythead Karen in the moment then went aggro on the whole situation
