The entire point of the super predator label was to paint black people as having inherently extra violent tendencies so therefore they must be locked up as long as can be at the first chance and kept in the system, the point of the super predator myth wasn't to go after killers, it was to lock up children because apparently it was inevitable they'd eventually become super violent thugs murdering babies in the street

Bill Clinton was a shyt/medicore president who continually disrespected the office (he couldn't even do better than a porker for a mistress ). The only reason why people forget this shyt is because he presided over a booming economy, something that he wasn't even responsible for.

He was the black president because he did what the community leaders said and locked up people in the hood.

I don't know why people act like black people weren't complain about the street shyt, NY had 2500 murders per year and it was mostly black people.
Drastic times made people come up with drastic solutions. People who weren't committing crimes were happy as fukk, they were not thinking about the long term consequences.
