Fromsoft screwed Bluepoint, Sony wanted to save it..this is like the titanic but the big bad Fromsoft pushed Sony and made sure Bluepoint drowned

I'm confused because this is basically the opposite of what Miyazaki said. He said he wanted the game on PC and/or a remake but the ball was in Sony's court since they owned the IP.

So someone is lying.

Or the info isn't accurate. I have no idea who Jason Schrier is and there's no direct quotes in the article. "According to people familiar with the process" doesn't mean much to me.

EDIT:

I see people saying Miyazaki turned it down because he wanted to work on it himself but this makes no sense as Sony never asked From to remake it at any point prior to this Bluepoint thing. If Miyazaki is doing interviews saying it's his favorite and he wants a PC port and all this other sh*t why approach Bluepoint in the first place?

I don't see why y'all are upset with Miyazaki. FromSoft fed these nikkas already. Wtf they look like giving them two titles back to back? Miyazaki isn't Bluepoint's father. Again, a remake isn't even needed.
