:unimpressed:

Consolidation is happening regardless of if you want it to or are aware of it or not.

If it's going to happen I want it to happen in the manner that benefits me the most.

It literally has nothing to do with MS I would rather any other of the big 3 buy IP's and publisher over anyone else for the very reason we've been seeing all year.

From Google and Amazon to embracer and tencent, they can all :camby:

I told you my stance on the big 3 buying up GAME IP's. I'm all for it if it keeps it out of the hands of folks like tencent and embracer group.

And nothing has changed with this, I'm not okay with Sony buying up everything anime though.

That's legit a problem

What Neflix finna do with em?
If they can't sell them likely force them to make Netflix style mobile games or close them. Netflix tried and failed to push into gaming. They're more into the mobile type gaming now and don't need those regular studios. Too much of a risk factor for them to make expensive AAA games.

Netflix owning Warner Bros is bad. It will accelerate the decline of cinema. Netflix would either shorten the window or do simultaneous releases.

Movie theartes only continue to get buy because of that window. Most people if given the choice would just watch movies at home on streaming.

This merger needs to be blocked. Also Netflix wouldn't need HBO Max so it would likely be shuttered and to pay for Warner Bros massive debt load they'd raise prices.

The US is corrupt. I doubt any alphabet government agency will not wave this through without a deep analysis.

Look what happened with the ABK deal.
