this is crazy.. its to the point now where once a game is finished with the bulk of development... you better off just leaving ahead of time. this is why alot of these higher up dudes leave early like the Jedi Survivor director from Respawn and the Cyberpunk dudes. Aint no reason to stick around whether the game is a success or not. Just pack your shyt and see who else is hiring once the game is heading towards going gold.

Now if the game ain't looking too good like Wonder Woman or that Judas game.. you don't even need to put your two weeks in, they might try to kick you on the way out.
