Can ya'll put me on all the best post-Below The Heavens stuff by Blu that is mastered and actually has crisp audio quality?

Blu is one of the best rappers I've ever heard, but I can't get into much of dude's music because the sound quality is so awful. BTH and the mastered version of Give Me Flowers are on the iPod. What else is there, if anything?

Thanks.

Her Favourite Colour and Jesus could be considered in that 'Below The Heavens' lane ... You have to pick up Goodleebarnes though (if you haven't), audio quality is not up to standard but it's essential ... I know you want quality but...

NoYork is a personal favourite of mine, I LOVE that album. Songs like Never Be The Same, Soupa, Spring, My Sunshine...

Of course Good To Be Home too, there's a couple poorly mixed songs on there but the most part it's strong...

Blu has precisely ONE superb song. The rest of his catalogue is filled with a few decent cuts, and then basura

I don't know if this counts as 'well mastered' but the beat is otherworldly and so are the rhymes

most dont like it but I get where he was coming from
what made me realize it was when I downloaded Wu Tang Forever not too long ago, too me, after coming off of 36 chmbers for all those years and fnally hearng their sophmore release, the frst thng I notced is the music sounded mad polshed and overproduced to the point that it was off putting, so Ive learn to appreciate dusty productyon qualty

blu was my nikka back in 09-10. the shyt is, he never put that grind in. Alot of nikkaz is talented but they don't put the grind in, for example currensy nikka been puttin in that work for years and its paid off. I could see Blu having his own lane like currensy if he stayed consistent and put that grind in.

he started doing different shyt, putting out shyt with shytty quality, and disapeared from the scene. No videos, no interviews, no music, no nothing. so it's like all he was working for he did it for nothing, cuz i never even see mention of him now-a-days. as to back in 09-10 alot of people was fukking wit him.

Im about to go how i was movin back in 09 and put u on to some classics.

NeverBeAnotherMe
Just Another Day
Dancing In The Rain

Stress Off The Chest
Dope 4 Gold Rope
First Things First (first time i heard of Miguel)
Party Of Two
Show Me (The Good Life)
All The Kings Men
Fly (Song Of Liberation)
Pearly Gates

(all the songs i posted got dope beats, and his flow and how he was spitting the shyt complimented eachother which makes for good music.)

its hard to find more dope joints, cuz what people really appreciated about Blu was that he was a dope MC. i don't think he was that dope of a artist looking back. He had great chemistry with Exile, but they never really got it together and pushed that movement. nikkaz did Below The Heavens back in 07 and it didn't really start getting critically acclaimed till like 08/09 when the internet era really started coming together i.e (forums, 2dopeboyz, nahright, onsmash, youtube, datpiff) If you ask me Blu had a great internet presence back in 08/09 but he didn't really capitalize on it like J. Cole, Kendrick, Currensy, Wiz. His beat selection was kinda trash, but when he had a dope beat he made such great songs people had to give it up to him. Im not gonna say he was a pioneer of the new west coast shyt, but he was definitely one of the dudes people were looking from the west coast before they gave it to kendrick. Blu simply didn't put that work in or played the game. I was here, nikkaz was waiting on his new projects and nothing ever came out, and if it did come out it was one big ass mp3 file with shytty quality like he bootlegged a cassette.

shout out to Blu that was my nikka back in the day. I wish him the best, i wonder what he up to now.
