It should. I've never had sex after having blue balls but getting turned back on usually relieves the pain. But if you don't ejaculate it'll just come right back until you do or until it goes away on it's own. Which can take forever.

As for the pain, me personally my balls feel swollen and sensitive. Walking is very painful and uncomfortable. My stomachache hurts in the "I have to shyt/I'm sick" type of way. Worse case I ever had lasted over a 2 hour+ easy.

It only happens when I'm really horny and don't release tho. Like dripping pre-cum horny.

Happened to me once. I remember I could barely walk.
