He posts everything online so why not the papers. Sounds like buyers remorse to me and his trying to lie his way out of this.
it doesn't matter what the results of the paper say because these test results wouldn't be admissible in any place where it matters. He should handle this in court where another test will be administered, one that considers the chain of custody of the sample.
