I'd rather him hand it out to them and maybe blankets or something instead of throwing money in the air to the homeless. It's already degrading enough to be living on the streets. But like breh above me said, I guess his heart is in the right place.

if he really cared about the homeless he would be treating them with dignity rather than throwing money at them like he's feeding animals
