Wasn't keen on Bluetooth speakers at all until the radio in the car I'm driving shorted out and I couldn't plug my phone up to that shyt so I bit the bullet and got the Soundlink Mini 2.
Fits perfectly in the slot behind the gear shift, shyt's loud and clear as fukk (especially if your Mp3's aren't strictly from Youtube rips) and just over all awesome. shyt even tells you the percentage your speaker and that's important for me since I use mine everytime I drive that car.I had bought 'em initially to use for a month while I got my car audio shyt repaired, but this thing is too awesome to give up.

I use a $25 polaroid bluetooth tower speaker I bought from Big Lots. Works well enough. Not gonna rock a party with it, but it'll do in the bathroom or in a small group setting.

Edit: also make sure the aux jack isnt in center console, mines was hard to get to

Its a 2008 Mazda6 , good value just shocked there's no aux cord. Its only so long I can listen to sports Radio and Flo-Rida songs
