Looks like a cross between A.I. Artificial Intelligence with the lifelike doll being used to cope after the loss of a loved one, and imprinting onto the doll and Servant on Apple TV+ which had a similar premise, minus the lifelike nature, initially, of the doll.

Also see some Orphan in there with the doll whose maturity, technologically in this case, belies it's youthful appearance and stature, all masking the fact that it's a murderess.
