Honest trailers showed the original trailer kill in the elevator had a huge blood splatter. So I’m guessing it’s just more blood or showing the kid get hit instead of cutting to Megan

Just saw the unrated, didn't see the original.
The set up, first 40 min, was great. Once she started killing she got overly villainous to the point of being a little cheesy imo, but it was still good. The last 20 min was very good.
